Good review. Few years back, we went to Thekkadi in Kerala and also went on the boat trip to see wild animals. The brochure also pointed out that we can see elephants coming down to the water to drink. Unfortunately, we did not even see a fish or elephant desposits. In the last few months, the Sun TV service has gone from Bad to worse. They dont respond back to customers. Their authroised service agents demand money for everything. I hope the Sun TV management and Dr. Maran family take a note of this state of affairs and try to improve the service levels

Simple thing, you ring up their customer service number in any city and select English option to converse and I bet every time, you will find the call centre agent talking to you in local vernacular language.
