It's been over a week that they promised to reverse pick my defective laptop and no actions seen so far. Finally got a first call from snapdeal customer support who spoke decently and told they will look into the issue and arrange for reverse pick up of the faulty laptop. Looking forward for their further actions. Hope they stick to their TrustPay standards.
