I agree with every word you have used here. It's like government office. We don't care, we get salary every month.
can I go to consumer court for this ?Does any one know? I have lost peace of mind, and lots of office time.Made a lot of calls on my phone. Is there a case?

Dear IFB Team, Thanks for commenting!! Some one attended my washing machine on 31/10/2013. Today (8/11/2013), received a call from trinity services(ph: 08040988985) . They told spares still not available is their stores and it will take couple of days more. :) This call is after many calls to read more...
