Oh yeah why stop hating them just coz you've not lost your hard earned money yet! Its the worst customer service as a customer i can vouch for that 100%. No decent retail stores take 3-4 weeks to deliver. That is the first sign of a slow process, second customer service is meant to be service not ha read more...

Totally agree with you...i am suffering too 72 hours just doesn't seem to get over!! FashionandYou Support i dint know you've started an auto generated email system on consumer review sites...strange no ticket number mentioned for Devividya for her to call you up and get harassed again by you!
