Their after sale service is very pathetic. Same here, I am a customer too from Pune. Their call center people dont register your complaint or give evasive answers. The service technicians are rather rude and argumentative. They will give some stupid answers and will not fix your washing machine... read more...

Three years! Thats good enough... Mine (another model) started making strange loud noises after 9 months..
