Tired of following up on mails, I sent them the link of this review. Immediately a customer care rep called me up, apologized and assured to give me money back. (and they did after about 7-10 days) 99Labels also 'bribed' me with 500 credit points as 'goodwill gesture'! :-D Hail Mouthshut.com! :) :)
