hi Dhananjay Shah, I am not an ittina employee. I live it Ittina Neela which my husband purchased in 2005. I am grateful to Ittina for providing me with a house which I would have normally never owned. My husband and I are teachers and we make less than 25000 rs combined! buyer seems biased. he has got valid complaints but all of them seem to be resolved. I have apartment in the same project ittina neela and I did not pay 15 lakhs. I paid only 7.

if you are looking for complaints you will find it. Google any builder + complaints and you will see. You are extremely biased from your review.

I think most people post reviews when they are upset. Glad to see you posting reviews when you were happy. I had some problems with Ittina which gave me some troubles ( with regard to nocs) but finally my husband got the Noc after clearnign our dues.

I think the builder had geniune troubles. But they have worked over the last few months to come over this. But I am an Ittina Anu customer not abha.

person has not purchased a flat. He is just fighting for money that he eventually got but a few days late as per his own review. It feels like he is personally motivated.
