this may be one of experience.. i have always got prompt response from ngpay and i always felt that they are among the few proactive ones... they call you back to check if its sorted.
Keep reading this blog on zest... i will be adding details of their properties.. kodai, ooty, pondy, yercaud... one by one... soon it will help you make informed decisions. And ask pertinent questions to zest marketing executive you are dealing with.

downhill cycling at kodai is true...what they have not told you is what it costs per member for 5-10 mins cycling.. Ask them and see how they dilly dally if you are not a member...
