So Called Hitesh sharma S/O Bhuvaneswar datt sharma is a deadly monster asking only money. I am subita, I do agree with belushi . My friend still says he wanted to Make 60% of money paid by the buyer as his profit to pocket. So all sort of problems for buyer. What the friend has said is right.. it ispseudonymous name of the builder. be ware to collect all signed copies of floor plan, general approved plan, land area , etc... before making first payment. Builder will run away or you can easily find how is cheating and false promises starts.. If read more...
