Hi They have done the same thing with me. I opted for a plan in which extra data was to be charged at the rate of THB 20.48 per MB, but they have charged me THB 35. They unilaterally change the plan in their confirmation mail, and cheats the gullible customers with inflated bills! Got no respons read more...
