The 1st IFB technician did a shoddy job while replacing the transformer. Didn't put heat resistant insulation jacket on the connecting wires. The 2nd technician said that the transformer shouldn't have been replaced at all. So guess its all a scam to screw up as many things as possible in the mac read more...

Two weeks now and the machine is still not functional. Now they say that they don't have spare parts in Bangalore if you can believe that! Their service managers don't even know what parts they have replaced a week back.

Update - Another IFB technician visited my premises yesterday. So far a different technician has shown up every single time and is oblivious of what the prior person did.
