Hi Shaveena, I am really sad that such a horrible thing happened to you. I have been a Eva mall member for last 2 yrs and till date have nothing to complain about. Your story doesn't say whether you told them explicitly that you are quitting the gym, nor does it say whether you took the membership for 3 months or 6 months. If you had taken a membership of 3 or 6 mths, of course they would deduct your fees. Would your child's school refund you the fees if you s read more...
