dont go for tikona, you will not have the internet connection, when you need it the most, and the pathetic customer care people acts like its normal, prabi, i can understand your situation, i have asked for disconnection, i recommend you do the same, if yiu havent already, they should understand, we read more...

oh you atleast get 1mbps, for me there was cobstant outages and all the customer support knows to tell is. 'there is an outage in your tower' so annoying, i have asked them for disconnection, hoping atleast tgis goes smooth

exactly the same situation i am facing, they just wont disconnect my connection, they are saying it will take 14-15 days. im not sure if i am ever going to get my amount refunded, bad ISP. Worst experience ever in my life, I suggest everyne to keep a safe distance from this ISP, they can make u lose read more...
