You are right nothing is free but if somebody is already making so much money in giving awful exchange rate , thats why they were promising no fees. They cannot cheat customer by saying they will give you better rate and no fees.

I will strongly disagree, they never refunded my money which they charged me extra and gave me less rate, which they acknowledged as being their mistake but they did not do anything.They did not refund even a single penny.

I agree with you they are big cheaters. They will keep your money in their account for days and when the rate will be low they will tell you they transferred at that time. They kept my money in their account for 7 days and still gave me horrible rates.
