i traveled on 3/10/2010 on Sangita Travels AC Hitech which was booked in redbus.in from chennai to bangalore, the travel agency was very rude and when i asked him for bus location he just said like as if he is talking with beggars, he just said its opposite side and he disconnected the call and i ca read more...

i too had a lot of struggle with their dumb tech support guys and they fixed my issue after 27 days for a simple issue, thats how they works, even gov officers will work better than these guys. go to settings and there will be three settings 'Broadband', 'Hybrid' and '1 X' change it to 'Broadband' M read more...

atlast they fixed the issue, i don't understand why they took 27 days to fix a simple issue.
they just mailed instead of calling me, after 27 days now they just registered a complaint and given the case number for this issue and they assured that they will fix the issue within 12 working hours. so after 27 days of chase mail just now they created a case. very funny! lets see when they are g read more...
still didn't receive any call from them, i gave primary, secondary and all contact number but still they didn't called. that's how customer care works in MTS.

exactly the did the same thing to me, they don't behave like an professionals they behave like an third grade rowdy. when i asked about the location of the bus they just disconnected the call, i thought it was accident then i called four times and they did disconnected purposely i will never ever bo read more...
