Yes its useless. They told me you will get Shoppers stop voucher for Rs. 500 & 2n 3 d holiday voucher inclusive of food. In reality they give only stay voucher as mentioned by you

Avoid this Hotel
Cambay is total fraud. I had very bad experience with them while booking cancellation
I agree. Bolero Road pakadkar chalti hai. If properly loaded, no speed, no bad road can pull it off the road
