That part about etiquette training to total mall staff is a winner - absolute on the spot...they are the most unprofessional I have come across--their only job is to stand in a group and crack jokes - sometimes you get a feeling especially if you dont understand their language that they are cracking read more...

Dear Joshy, Perhaps you have not read the review properly before commenting. The products were not 'defective' and were not provided by the companies but by Total Mall acting as their dealer. Even while Airtel has a good customer service,the total mall dealers dont pass on the info to Airtel at all, read more...
