beware of companies who dont give appointment letter because this is a clue that company is not transparent and chances are that comapny is not ethical as well. Do not risk your careers in such companies. and Srinivas Institute is one such company

management has not paid the contractors their due money for last 4 years. can you believe it that they havent even paid the contractor of sand Rs 80,000 (only) and he has been visiting head office with wife and kids for getting that money and all they say is that they dont remember giving him any co read more...
