Buddy u definitely beat me on the Air India Office in Pune issue but there is more to it and wud u believe it that today I am at the Mumbai Air Port and YET AGAIN I HAVE HAD NO HELP FROM THE AIR INDIA PEOPLE!!! Point taken buddy.... As to why I could not approach the Air india Pune office for so long is very simple. As I wasn't aware and there isn't any mention on their web site regarding the same...It did not strike me also simply 'coz their isn't any flight of Air India from Pune itself and their isn't read more...

buddy, the protocol or the mandate is that air india shud give me the cancellation receipt which they aren't giving and secondly they aren't retrieving my history as well...there is much more to what u have read...i'd ask u to read it again and read between the lines..we shall continue this...
