I Have no idea what 'resolution by team' the TaxiForSure response team is talking about. This seems to be a generic mail they have posted, 7 months after I had posted the complaint. And there has been no response / resolution by any team for my complaint raised on Sep 26 14.
check consumer compalint board's site you will find many more complaints, hundreds of them. To us it may be a small amount but add up the amount tricked out of hundreds of people and it becomes a nice little scam being used for the gains of some fraudulent people
