whether it is CDMA or GSM, it is the customer is getting fooled out on the the hidden charges and high VAS charges.. people are so crazy in using SMS.. and all the media and service providers are benefitting out of this.. for eg KBC.. agree with rent approach.. i have quoted the max amount as 15k.. whereas on an average it coule be 8k even now.. thats ok.. in case of apartment.. owning ourself.. there are other things like maintenance charges, house tax, society charges etc..and what is the gaurantee the building will be fine aft read more...
property value also will shoot up..for sure after 20 years.. but tell me , who will have the guts to sell it.. or who will buy it.. untill unless u sell the property value has no impact on anything.. what i am trying to say is.. buy a own house in a rural area.. and go for rent for whatever period u read more...
