I have updated on the facebook and I got my money back.
Finally after huge discussion they given the refund amount, but the response is too bad.

Yesterday I got a mail saying that 'refund has been requested and should be processed tomorrow.'. Need to see how many days it will take time or whether it will be same as customer service guys how they told earlier 24 Hours. Will keep the updated posts here.
