Going through your review, I can relate to what I have suffered! To make the engineer visit, I have to literally threaten to disconnect the service.

@jaihojagan and @thechosenone: the manager himself agreed that he could consider a 5-min grace period. However, this was well AFTER the lady at the check-in pushed my time forward by 10 minutes and a long discussion with the manager (to ensure we had no scope for boarding).
