Was told last week that the issue is resolved and the money shall be returned to me. Nothing has happened till now. I paid up the amount spent by me today and immediately told them to cancel the card. Just hope there is no delay and no cancellation charges :-)

Totally agree with you mahinder.......same happened with me.....have stopped using ICICI all together......opt for better reward card...and send back the payback....
