At last, I noticed that they have improved. Improved at providing ''bad service and customer care'' :) I have decided to transfer my all services to another ISP. And that is the final decision.

If you are sure, he is not an architect but practcing as architect. You can file a complaint against him with 'Council of Architecture, New Delhi.' CoA, regulates the profession and education of architecture in India. Their website is www.coa.gov.in
And, ultimately. I have got my money back which was being unethically deducted from my account. People, my advice is 'not to give up'. Call managers, call seniors, call juniors, call support and talk to everybody about these unethical practices of HDFC, the negative word spreads faster.. :). I am no read more...

i totally agree with what you have said here. I am planning to migrate to some other ISP very soon. I also sent a link of these reviews to Net4, but I assume they can't read English.
