ramkant, i understand the gateway can take time to process refunds in case of incomplete transactions or gateway errors. but in this case the transaction between me and via was complete, however via could not get the ticket from railways, which is strange because there was no shortage of tickets, th read more...

You are right they are afraud site, they should be banned. In my case they have not given any booking just cut the money. Have spent hours fighting with their customer care.
