Hi Narayanan I have also booked an apartment in Surakshaa fairview. I completely agree with whatever you have written about the project. With the speed at which the project is progressing, my gut feeling is that block A should get completed by june-july 2009, and Block B by oct-nov time frame. read more...

I completely agree with the apprehensions and doubts posted by manas and freakydipu in their comments. Myself being from Bangalore, I am aware that more than 60% of the builders in Bangalore are fake. Most of the time, they will promise you moon and what get in the end is peanuts and shoddy quality read more...
