but after few hrs got demand letter for increased area, builder says its gone up from 1550 to 1705 sq ft now is asking for 4.6 L more :(
today i visited site. feel good to see following 1) internal paint quality is good compared to unitech, ansal, vatika ( I have not seen other builders) 2) tile quality,colors and patterns are really good (but depends up person to person choice) 3) after paint job flat really feels 'open' read more...

even I have another prepaid connection for last 5 years. and faced disconnection of this existing number for 2 weeks on while TRAI asked operators to have documents for every old and new connections two years ago.
check http://demat.sbi.co.in/index.jsp to open free DEMAT Account with sbicapsec they use to charge 500 Rs earlier. but waived off this for promotional offer
check with sbicap, they were opening DEMAT acc for free sometime back

you can escalate this issue at maruti udyog. maruti is really strict on these kind of issue. they will surely take some action speak to them Toll-Free 1800 1800 180 9910 20 20 20 (not toll-free) maruti's biggest advantage is big dealer network with excellent service. if some dealer does read more...
