For the first time after 3 weeks , i got a call from Snapdeal stating that they are going to refund my amount paid for the order placed by me. First they wanted me to get the refund in form of SD Cash, which i refused as i won't be buying anymore from Snapdeal for sure. Then later on they told me read more...

Snapdeal.com really have pathetic service.... I don't know how they are managing so far to stay in business with such kind of service. I think they don't bother how the customers feels about the service.

I had also ordered one product from Snapdeal for the first time on 11-12-2012. They somehow made a delivery of wrong product on 17th Dec. And then only i came to know about the real face of Snapdeal.
