Within minutes of posting this review I got a call from Mr. Ricardo of Bigbasket.com from their Bangalore office and he conveyed the regrets. I was also informed that they also do have a policy of getting the monies transferred back to card account where from the money was transferred and need not n read more...
We recently called for food from Pallavi hotel and were amazed to find that the food smelled as if it was prepared in sewage water. The stench was horrible. I sympathise by you and is why I have decided to stay out of reach for every ICICI Product. I have read many issues on every product ICICI Sells on Mouthshut and from people I know. I completely agree with you on buying small stuff. Even with my air tickets I have never had major problems but capital goods is a different story, Trust me its a harrowing experience on Capital goods and since past few months has the problem started. Thanks for reading and posting your comments.

I think its totally rubbish to rate a bank like citi in negative. I have been using thier services for good 5-7 years and they have been getting only better. I think its one of the best banks around with excellent customer support
