This looks to be a fake profile. Steer clear of the above advice. If you want money to grow steer clear of all Insurance policies. Insurance is required to cover risk, it is not meant to generate funds. Anyone who thinks otherwise is cheating you of your hard earned cash.

You need to stand your ground. Ensure you follow proper escalation channels for you complaint (should be on the insurance provider site). Your rating of 2 is hardly justified considering that the retailer promptly responded, corrected the mistake, gave you a discount and was courteous. It is the cost of doing any business that mix-ups can occur, what matters is customer service. From what I see you got excellent service!
