Shopclues have given me refund date 08/04/2016 but till date I have not received any refund in my account. Why Shopclues is not showing their commitment and responsibility towards their customers, only giving call and lingering on matter of refund. Today I feel happy that Shopclues.com have finally approved my return request for OnePlus 2 after 12 days, lets see when they pickup refund is initiated in my account for the same.
