Did you give the cheque to bank or did you post it ?
When a cheque is given to refund you will have to write a slip with my name my bank and my account no in that bank without using all this how can you say you refunded the money. And the bank will give a payment receipt
You say you have refunded the money but I have not got the money till can u tell what you did with that cheque
You guys have not sent the copy of payment slip which the bank has sealed
