Received my full amount yesterday i.e on 21st June 2013 in my bank account. Thank God the ordeal is over. Just a day after promising me to refund by 13th, they created a case in that order, resolution date for which has been set as 20 June. No response received from my case manager Mr. Shobhit Bhalla when enquired about this over email. In fact he has started ignoring my emails after 3rd June. God knows read more...

Indiatimes, It's 11 days since my order was cancelled. Still no refund !!! Chatted with the customer care guys today evening. The Dead Line (actually in Indiatimes dictionary it means strechable till all your enthusiasm and patience is dead) has again been streched by 2 more days from 10th to 13th. read more...

It's 8th day from the date of cancellation of my order(1st June). Your request to expedite the refund has proved like just another pre-formatted empty promise that you use freely. Last night saw that the first flight courier have updated retrospectively the delivery status as delivered on 29th at 10:30 AM !!!! @dayamachanuri as I said they are not interested in doing business. I doubt if their real business is locking your funds as long as possible to invest somewhere else.
