Three days later i get a call from ACT promising to look into the issue. The next day i got a call and their executive promised to move the junction box ( this was around 15 July ) it is 26th July and im yet to hear from them.

I totally agree with you about the Chennai Service support office.I begin to doubt if they ever work at all ...! If Head office continue to pamper this division i am sure IFB would have no presence in Chennai but its sloppy lethargic staff would definitely find employment with competition and their read more...

I was as impressed as you and i would have continued to be amazed if it had not frozen .... it is a very common issue with Kindle and you are not far from experiencing this problem. Richa.. it was an interesting read. I agree reading a paperback with the smell of a new book is indeed a great feeling but e books have a lot of convenience. I think you got it all mixed about e copy being very difficult to read in a laptop, PC , tablet or a mobile. There is this thing called an e r read more...

@ Darlene...it is a gr8 device considering that it is as good as reading a book feeling. In a tablet the lighting is from behind which makes the screen glow and hurts the eye after a while but in the e reader there is no light and Kindle paperwhite has lighting from the sides ......u should be lucky read more...
I have posted one of the several communications i received after the tele support.
@Faisal, they never spoke or discussed about discounted replacement .....i have in fact three kindles, keyboard wifi, kindle 3G and the last one i bought was the kindle paperwhite, the other two still work.

These guys are all thick skinned ..im suffering with these clowns for the last 7 years..nd live on AMC's ..they only sell u a crazy packet of powder everytime they visit you and screw u up for rs 500 ...that take care of their service calls inspite of the AMN's.....if u want to get ripped then try I read more...

These guys are just sailing on their past glories....high time the competition gives them the run and make them sweat....they only talk of AMC and once u give them the contract....guys they just disappear.....
A gr8 word of caution..if u r tempted to buy BAJAJ..never ever make a move to get it...the service is pathetic took 22 days for the complaint to be attended and three days later after the service was done the machine again broke down...and the crazy agency wanted me to pay again the service charge . read more...
