Hi Samual, I am also facing the same problem with ICICI lombard.. Do u received any clarification from ICICI or IRDA on it.. What u have decided on it.... I am planning to wrote a letter to IRDA and file a case in consumer forum.

Dear friend, LG KG300 support java also. U only need to install the revised software. If ur phone is in warranty the you will get it installed free of cost otherwise LG service centre people charge you Rs. 85 for software installation.
