I am a kind of guy who has a view about eveything and anything.Being at mouthshut gives me an opportunity to open my views to people across the globe and find like minded ones.I am not so sociable person as i talk less and listen more in a strange environment.But to friends i talk more and listen less ;-), infact i bug them hehehehe.... With the aircon reeling in temperatures above 35 degrees in chennai, santro never gives above 10KMPL in traffic. here traffic means average speeds of 15KMPH with vehicle never crossing 3rd gear. 5.77L is the exshowroom price where as 6.45 is the on road price. Sorry for the confusion

Hi, The problem with your finding is that its very late as the car is 11 months old now.It will be tough to prove your innocence.the best idea will be to mail the ford guys direct or try to talk to the dealer in a friendly manner and get things done >:-)
