I agree with renadias89 in that it must be a misunderstanding on the hotel front. I've always had a pleasant and simple experience with Travelguru without any complications.

I'm sure there must have been some misunderstanding! Travelguru has never once disappointed me. All the hotels I've booked online here have turned out good and the customer care is also pretty nice. Must have been a one-off incident.

I'm shocked to learn of all these complaints against Travelguru! I, for one, have always had a good experience with Travelguru and will continue using it as I think it is more transparent and reliable than other travel portals in India.

I have always used Travelguru for all my online hotel bookings and always had a good experience. In fact, I vouch for the customer care executives and I personally think they're all pretty nice and helpful.

I have always booked my hotels via Travelguru and found the process quite simple and easy. Never had a bad experience on it, except for that one time some miscommunication happened but it was solved promptly by a customer care exec.

I'm horrified at what you had to go through. I don't know how this happened because I've always used Travelguru to book my hotels online and never had a bad experience. Maybe it was some misunderstanding?

This must have been a one-off incident. I've booked on Travelguru so many times and I've never had an issue. I rely on Travelguru for all my travel needs, from hotel bookings to hotel advice to even travel tips.

This was probably a one-off incident. I've always had a good experience booking my hotel with Travelguru and I've recommended the website to several of my friends and colleagues.
