Agree. They seem to be cheating the customer, nobody bothers about service. Not only sales ppl but even senior management doesnt care. Just when i began to think that after complaining to senior people in headquarters/corporate HQ Hathway would do some good, they do the opposite -they sent an engineer who did not know anything.
