Kindly recategorize your review as a review of Nokia dealers/customer service. You have given ZERO information whatsoever about the phone itself.

I don't see why you're so critical of malls. As for traditional shopping areas, even now Janpath, Sarojini, Karol Bagh etc are packed with shoppers; it's not like malls are drawing away people from these places!
