Rajesh, On some other sites i have read some really bad reviews of this phone. Please update now how its working, GPRS, mails etc as i am planning to buy it. Now its available for 1900. Pls revert.

please check if call waiting and call divert facilities are activated for both of your sim cards. it works have checked it.
Go to micromaxinfo.com and download stuff you want for the phone
The solution to your problem is that use call divert facility of your phone. Divert calls of SIM 1 to SIM 2 (select when not reachable option) and divert calls of SIM 2 to SIM 1. Activate call waiting of both the sim. Your problem is solved so now when you get any call you will get call waiting.
