Hi Veekey, Probably its true. It may be that the staff in Bangalore is much better than the staff in Delhi. I donot have any issues with their DVD quality..but over all its the service which is pathetic in Delhi. I agree with you. I faced a similar kind of problem twice. They never give out information in time. Charging less money doesnt mean they can harass the people.

I completely agree with you. I was supposed to fly to Pathankot on 30th dec. As usual, the flight got cancelled. Due to this I had to cancel the return flight also.
