I've had similar bad experiences for hospital visits. The driver assigned forgot to call and inform that he was out of gas. I had to keep one of Mumbai’s top cardiologists waiting. I've promised myself that I will tear Meru's reputation to shreds even if it's the last thing I do.

Quite agree with you speaking in order to give feedback and help improve services. I have canceled the TATA services and have gone for MTNL...so far..no issues with them..their download speed is consistent and high as well.

@shubhen...guess you've a one off bad experience with Shivneri..my sympathies with you...but being a regular traveller (twice a month over eleven years)...i've never had a breakdown on their buses....in fact...you were able to get into another bus purely because it was a shivneri.
