Very bad service in branches, atms, customer care/service, online banking, phone banking etc. Not at all satisfactory. Devastated, no security guards, nobody helps us for any query. I never had such Worst experience in any other commercial/govt banks.

I too faced the same problems with the Bank services 'rajugorai'. Even Im not at all satisfied with the phone banking service too and I started using other banks which provide good service to the customer.
