most website dont offer cash on delivery on costly phones.. I hope they want avoid risks... i got a message today that my phone is shipped today.. waiting for tracking number still.. estimated delivery date is 17 april .. lets see if snapdeal awakes on time or not.
thats what they are lying to every customer for every color, they owe us compensation for their lies. i have called customer care in morning 8am . she said i will be getting the exact reason why all this happening and till now i haven't got any email or call. they are just speaking lies and buying read more...

i ordered xperia Z white and i am also a victim of their stupid customer support. how can they treat premium customers as if they are selling veggies.
