yeah, if you remember the news, Airtel has been served with the Tax evasion notice because of millions of rs of tax evasion. Offcourse they dont have money and they are collecting it from Customers by fraud and silly service excuses!

It has become very common practice by Airtel nowadays all over India. No matter if they have outsourced the Broadband marketing job to some 3rd party or not its the Airtel who is in contract with the customer. I had used their service for a year and I didn't had much issues (except during summers when there was too much link failure). Airtel’s service have fallen beyond imagination.
