Please check with Panasonic, is it really a factory seconds product or a repaired resale product. I happened to check with customer service, they told me that the product they shipped was once sold and repaired and is not covered under any warranty.

I agree with you regarding their customer services. Although I have been receiving the statements regularly. Their customer care committed to waive of the annual fees when I asked to discontinue the credit card but did not do so. I disagree. With other ISPs even if you pay little more but you will get service for the same. But with MTNL so called cheap plans you will not be able to use if for the amount that you pay. For example Rs. 800 plan from other ISP is provided in Rs 500 in MTNL but the same will be unusable for more read more...

I agree with you. MTNL is the worst ISP with poor customer service. You select english or hindi the customer care executive will not be able/willing to talk in any language. And it is the greed of the agents and the insurance company that forces them to cheat their customer. Customer is ignorant since they trust these people. I think now its time for we people to stop feeding these cheats our hard earned money.

I totally disagree with the comments that kotak is the most trustworthy. the journey of their cheating/fraud starts from the DSAs who promise large bonuses in a very short duration. then during confirmation call even their employees do not act as per your instructions.
