SmritKapoor, Thomas Cook are a global probably for this reason. On average, they probably provide a good overall service. And that is what the customer wants. Decent rates, decent service. I am sorry, I do not class Antilog as professional at all. The ''Assistant Manager'' has no authority and the overall manager/owner is absolutely non-contactable. Once they have your money it's over. Review sounds like nonsense in our opinion. We booked Antilog Vacations based on reviews like yours, and they turned out to be rubbish. The worst tour operator we have experienced. Don't expect customer service support or any form of management support (there is none).

Good luck, we are in the same boat. You are completely right about the levels of service/support. Absolutely terrible. I can only hope people read these reviews before booking.

I sympathize with you. We had the same problems. I can only hope people come to this review site first before booking. We were lucky with the hotels/houseboat because we chose them ... but they gave us the worst driver in Kerala. They then washed there hands of us. No support. No apology. No replace read more...
