SmritKapoor, Thomas Cook are a global probably for this reason. On average, they probably provide a good overall service. And that is what the customer wants. Decent rates, decent service. I am sorry, I do not class Antilog as professional at all. The ''Assistant Manager'' has no authority and the overall manager/owner is absolutely non-contactable. Once they have your money it's over. Ankurs224, is it a crime to post a negative review? No. Seeing as we had such a crappy time with Anti-Customer Vacations I totally understood what he was saying and why he would be so upset.
