The same is happening with me, since three days the shipment is pending. In spite calling the customer care several time a day was told that it will be delivered by 6 pm and then after 6 the customer care is not responsive. The delivery boy called and told him that it is office address and not acces read more...
The same is happening with me. Its been three days and the consignment is not delivered till now and being promised to be delivered before 6 pm. The delivery boy called and told the the office timings still there is no botheration.
