Tikona have dared to put a 'Issue Resolved' stamp on my complaint. This is the ultimate fraud. Please guys beware of this company. The connection never worked. I have complained over 100 times. It is now over a month since we have paid for AMC. The unit is still not working. I urge everyone to boycott this heartless company who take money and run away.
